If low weight, high reps is your jam, this is your workout. 30 minutes of non-stop strength work mixing muscle groups and tempos is exactly what Hella Reps aims to do. The name says it all. You will be be lifting a HELLA amount of REPS. Each class will focus on lower body, and rotate between additional sections for the back, bis, tris and shoulders. This workout is an effective 30-minute strength adventure!

Wave & Workout
Maybe you don't dig gyms or have time to visit one to workout or take class, so let's turn your home gym into a LIVE gym experience. Log on Wednesdays at 8:00 AM (est), WAVE and then hit your WORKOUT. Whatever it will be. Mics will be off. There won't be time for hob-nobbin' or chatting. Just a scheduled, concentrated time for you to SEE others and MOVE - even though you are moving alone. Connection is important, right???
